  • While we work hard to ensure fast delivery, please note that delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, or other third parties are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Alyra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to help locate it, but ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
