Refund Policy 

At Alyra, we want you to love your phone case. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, the phone case must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Refund requests made after 15 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
  • Cases that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom or personalized phone cases are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Contact us at alyracases@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned case, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the case arrived damaged or incorrect
