Refund Policy
At Alyra, we want you to love your phone case. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
- You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the phone case must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refund requests made after 15 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
- Cases that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom or personalized phone cases are final sale and cannot be returned.
Process
- Contact us at alyracases@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned case, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the case arrived damaged or incorrect
